Removing a juror for a valid reason

In any trial, either side can ask the judge to remove a juror if they have a valid reason. The judge decides whether the reason is good enough. This section only covers the process for challenging a juror for cause.

In all cases, any party may challenge for cause any juror drawn for the trial. The court shall determine the validity of the objection urged.
