Fee for filing a foreign judgment

This section says you must pay a $100 fee to the court clerk when you file a foreign judgment. Other fees for court steps like docketing or enforcement are the same as those for local judgments.

Any person filing a foreign judgment shall pay $100 to the clerk of the court. Fees for docketing, transcription, or other enforcement proceedings shall be as provided by law for judgments of the court of this State.
