Attachments are handled in the order they arrive

If a police officer receives several attachment orders against the same person, the officer must handle them in the order they were received. This section only sets that order rule. It does not cover other attachment details.

When there are several attachments against the same defendant, they shall be executed in the order in which they are received by the police officer.
