Summons must show the garnishee notice

This section says that every court summons meant to be served on someone who might owe money to or hold property for a defendant must clearly print or write the text of Section 652-9 on it. This makes sure the person served knows their rights and duties.

Section 652-9 shall be printed or written conspicuously on every summons issuing out of any court of the State which is intended to be served on any alleged attorney, factor, trustee, or debtor of a defendant in any action.
