HRS §653-10

Garnishee's bosses and replacements must follow the same rules

This section says that if a person or business is ordered to hold or turn over money or property (the garnishee), their supervisors and anyone who takes over their job must also follow that order once they know about it. It makes the rules apply to the whole chain of command.
