Parents or guardians get minor employee benefits and duties

This section says that when a minor works for the state, the minor's parents or legal guardians receive all the benefits and must follow all the duties that the law gives to state employees. It applies only to minors employed by the state.

All benefits and obligations conferred or imposed upon employees of the State by this chapter are conferred or imposed upon the parents or legal guardians of the employee when the employee is a minor.
