No one is liable for someone else's actions under this chapter

This section says that, even if other laws might say otherwise, no person can be held responsible for someone else's wrongdoing under this chapter. It only applies to civil cases, not criminal ones.

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, no person shall be liable under this chapter under civil principles of vicarious liability.
