Panel makes rules for filing and reviewing claims

This section gives the panel the power to create rules about how to file claims and how to review them. The rules must follow the state's rulemaking process. The panel can also make other rules it thinks are needed.

The statute, as written — Rulemaking powers

The panel shall adopt rules in accordance with chapter 91 prescribing the procedures to be followed in the filing of claims and in the proceedings for review of claims under this chapter, and any other rules as the panel deems necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
