Center concessions

This section says that any money a friends group makes from running a concession or other for-profit business at the center must go into the trust fund. That money can only be used for the center's purposes as described in another section.

The statute, as written — ‑8] Center concessions

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, all net income or proceeds received by the friends from the operation of any concession, or other for-profit business enterprise within or on the grounds of the center, shall be deposited into the trust fund. The disposition of the net income or proceeds shall be for purposes of the center only as set out in section 6F‑5.
