When this chapter stops working

If any part of this chapter would cause the State or a county to lose federal money, that part stops working to the extent it would cause the loss. This only applies to the specific part that puts the funding at risk.

If any provision of this chapter jeopardizes the receipt by the State or any county of any federal grant-in-aid or other federal allotment of money, the provision shall, insofar as the fund is jeopardized, be deemed to be inoperative.
