Training programs for government employees

Each department head must watch over, suggest, and set rules for employee training programs to keep improving the quality of government services. Agencies that join these programs may have to pay fees for them.

Each director shall monitor, make recommendations, and develop policies and guidelines for suitable in-service training programs and activities so that the quality of service rendered by government employees may be continually improved. Participating agencies may be charged fees for training programs.
