Fee for certified copies of coroner reports

Upon the application by other than governmental agencies for a certified copy of any coroner's report and inquest, the coroner or deputy coroner shall collect the sum of $2 as a governmental realization for the preparation and issuance of the same. All fees so collected shall be a general fund realization and shall be immediately deposited with the treasurer or director of finance of the respective counties.
