Ban on using dirty money to run a business
This law makes it illegal to use money from racketeering or illegal debt collection to start, buy, or run a business. It also bans getting or keeping control of a business through those illegal activities, and bans working for a business while doing those things.

It shall be unlawful: (1) For any person who has received any income derived, directly or indirectly, from a racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt, to use or invest, directly or indirectly, any part of such income, or the proceeds of such income, in the acquisition of any interest in, or the establishment or operation of, any enterprise. (2) For any person through a racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt to acquire or maintain, directly or indirectly, any interest in or control of any enterprise. (3) For any person employed by or associated with any enterprise to conduct or participate in the conduct of the affairs of the enterprise through racketeering activity or collection of an unlawful debt.
