Breaking this law is a serious crime and you lose the property

If you break the rules in this chapter, you commit a serious crime called a class B felony. You also must give up any property or interest you got or kept by breaking the rules. The state takes that property through a separate process.

The statute, as written — Penalty; forfeiture of property

Any person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a class B felony and shall forfeit to the State any interest or property acquired or maintained in violation of this chapter as provided in chapter 712A.
