No gambling defense for organized crime

This section says that if you are involved in organized crime, you cannot use the defense that you were just playing a social gambling game. It applies to people directly or indirectly connected to organized crime.

The affirmative defense of being a player in a social gambling game is not available to a person engaged in organized crime or who is connected directly or indirectly with persons who are engaged in organized crime.
