Attorney general must report hate crime data yearly

The attorney general must collect and review hate crime reports, then send a yearly summary to the governor, courts, corrections department, and legislature. This section only sets up the reporting duty.

The attorney general shall summarize and analyze reports of hate crimes data that are received, and shall compile and transmit an annual report of hate crime data to the governor, the judiciary, the department of corrections and rehabilitation, and the legislature.
