Penalty for sharing or accessing juvenile records illegally

This section says that anyone who knowingly lets juvenile justice information be shared when it shouldn't be, or who gets into the system without permission, has committed a crime. It is a misdemeanor, which is a lesser criminal offense.

Any person who knowingly permits the dissemination of information in violation of this chapter, or any person who gains unauthorized access to information in the juvenile justice information system, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
