Trustees must keep data for pension fund checks

The board of trustees must keep records in a handy way. These records are needed to figure out the value of the pension funds and to check how the system is doing.

The board of trustees shall keep in convenient form such data as shall be necessary for actuarial valuation of the various funds of the system and for checking the experience of the system.
