Use of donations, contributions, gifts, or bequests

This section says that any money the pension board gets as donations, gifts, or bequests must go into a special trust fund. The money can only be used for the purpose it was given for.

All moneys received by the board of trustees as donations, contributions, gifts, or bequests to be used for the purposes set forth in this part shall be deposited into a special trust fund to be known as the "Police Officers, Firefighters, and Bandsmen Pension System Trust Fund" to be used for the purposes for which the moneys were received.
