Board can review and adjust pensions

The board of trustees has the power to look at all pensions already given or given later under this part. They can change them if they think it is fair, reasonable, or needed. This power is limited by the rules in this part.

The board of trustees shall have full authority, within the limits set down in this part, to review all pensions previously granted or which are hereafter granted under this part and make adjustments considered fair, reasonable, or necessary.
