Fixing mistakes in pension contributions

If the wrong amount is paid into the pension system for a worker, the state agency will correct it. If a correction is not practical, the agency will refund the difference. No interest is paid on these corrections or refunds.

If more or less than the correct amount of the contribution imposed by section 88-215 is paid or deducted with respect to any remuneration, proper adjustments, or refund if adjustment is impracticable, shall be made, without interest, in such manner and at such times as the state agency shall prescribe.
