Who pays for a special pay plan

This section says that the company chosen to run a special pay plan must pay all costs of setting it up and managing it. The person using the plan does not have to pay those costs.

Costs associated with the implementation and administration of a special pay plan established pursuant to this chapter shall be borne by the selected plan provider.
