Penalty for interfering with the board

The statute, as written — Penalty

Any person who wilfully assaults, resists, prevents, impedes, or interferes with any member of the board or any of its agents or employees in the performance of duties pursuant to this chapter, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both. The term "agent" includes a neutral third party who assists in a resolution of an impasse under section 89-11.
