State art museum is created

This section creates the state art museum and says it must be run with money from the legislature, federal grants, donations, and certain other funds. It does not set rules for how the museum operates.

The state art museum is established within the foundation. The operations of the state art museum shall be funded and supported by: (1) Appropriations from the legislature; (2) Federal grants and subsidies; (3) Voluntary contributions; and (4) Funds received pursuant to section 9-3(7).
