(a) No person shall do any act forbidden, or fail to perform any act required by the provisions of this chapter. (b) The failure to comply with the requirements set forth under the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a new offense for each day of such noncompliance. (c) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500, or by imprisonment not to exceed fifty days, or both, for each offense. Article 2. Permits.
