HCC §13-12
Rules for minors using toy rifles
Read the official text at hawaiicounty.gov ↗This section says that people under 18 cannot own, buy, get as a gift, have, use, or play with a toy rifle. But they can do these things if an adult is watching them. However, in public places, they can only do it with adult supervision at a real shooting range.
