Toy rifles taken by police are lost to the county

If you own, carry, or have a toy rifle that breaks this law, the county takes it. The police chief can destroy it or keep it for police use. This section only covers what happens to the toy rifle, not other penalties.

All toy rifles owned, carried, or possessed contrary to this article shall be forfeited to the County, and shall be destroyed or retained by the chief of police for use by and under the control of the police department.
