When county officials can enter your property

The county's drilling inspector can come onto your property at reasonable times to check for rule violations, but only with proper ID and in a way that causes the least trouble. If you say no, they must get a court order before entering.

Upon presentation of proper credentials, the director may enter at reasonable times any property in the County which utilizes drilling operations to inspect the property for potential violations of this article, provided that such entry shall be made in such a manner as to cause the least possible inconvenience to the person in possession.
