No sweeping litter into streets or sidewalks

This rule says you cannot sweep or put litter from your building, lot, sidewalk, or driveway into a gutter, street, or other public place. If you own or live on a property, you must keep the sidewalk in front of it free of litter.

(a) No person shall sweep into or deposit in any gutter, street, or other public place the accumulation of litter from any building or lot or from any public or private sidewalk or driveway.
