Keep the sidewalk in front of your business free of litter

If you own or run a business, you must keep the public sidewalk and parking areas in front of your business clean of litter. You also cannot sweep or dump litter from your building, lot, or sidewalk into the street, gutter, or other public place.

(a) No person owning or occupying a place of business shall sweep into or deposit in any gutter, street, or other public place the accumulation of litter from any building or lot or from any public or private sidewalk or driveway.
