When and how a program agreement can end

This section explains how a program agreement can be ended. The director can end it if you do not do what is required, act unsafely, or break rules or laws. You can also end it yourself by giving written notice 30 days ahead.

The ordinance, as written (Hawaiʻi County) — Termination

(a) The director may terminate an agreement if a participant: (1) Fails to perform the required activities; (2) Engages in unsafe conduct; or (3) Violates County instructions or applicable laws.
