Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100. Each day shall constitute a separate offense during which such violation continues. 14-19.2 SUPP. 13 (1-2023) Article 8. Nuclear Energy.
