When the county must issue a park permit and what conditions it can add

The county must give you a park permit if you apply properly, unless another permit is already granted for the same time and place, the event is a clear danger to public health or safety, or the park cannot reasonably fit your event. The permit can include reasonable conditions and limits on time and area.

(a) The director shall issue a permit on proper application unless: (1) A prior application for the same time and place has been made which has been or will be granted; (2) The event will present a clear and present danger to the public health or safety; or (3) The event is of such nature or duration that it cannot reasonably be accommodated in the particular park area applied for. (b) The permit may contain such conditions as are reasonably consistent with protection and use of the park area for the purposes for which it is maintained. It may also contain reasonable limitations on the time and area within which the event is permitted. Article 4. Camping.
