Penalties for breaking park rules

Any person convicted of violating any provision contained in this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty days, or both, and shall be adjudged to pay all costs of the proceedings. In addition to the penalties provided herein, the County may recover for damages to its property, the measure of which shall be the cost of repairing, replacing, or rebuilding the property injured or destroyed. Article 2. Restrictions and Prohibitions. Division 1. Park Areas.
