Read the official text at hawaiicounty.gov ↗This section says dog handlers must make sure their dogs are friendly to people and other dogs. If a dog acts aggressive, it must be leashed and taken out of the dog park and other park areas. Dangerous dog rules from another part of the law also apply, and officers can give trespass notices.
