(a) Permittees shall comply with the provisions of: permits issued pursuant to this article; chapter 132D, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes; and all applicable County, State, and Federal laws. (b) If a permittee fails to comply with the provisions of this permit this article, chapter 132D, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, or applicable County, State, or Federal laws, or if the department determines that the permittee handles or uses fireworks in such a manner as to present an unreasonable safety hazard, the department may immediately revoke the permit.
