No license shall be issued in the County under section 445-222,* Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, for any motor vehicle common carrier of passengers allowing for the carrying of passengers of a number in excess of the rated seating capacity of the vehicle. * Editor’s Note: Section 445-222, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, was repealed pursuant to Act 67, SLH 1996.
