Where fuel tanks must be on school buses

(a) Any gasoline tank shall be located entirely outside that part of the school bus utilized for carrying passengers. Each gasoline tank shall be equipped with an inlet for filling on the exterior of the bus. (b) This section shall not apply to any diesel-powered bus.
