When payments or documents are due on a weekend or holiday

If a payment or document required by this chapter is due on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, it is not due until the next day that is not a weekend or holiday. This gives you extra time to submit it.

When the due date for any remittance or document required by this chapter falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the remittance or document shall not be due until the next succeeding day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
