Rules for getting voter registration data

The following conditions shall be met before voter registration data is released: (1) The applicant obtains the written permission of the clerk or the clerk’s designated representative; (2) The applicant agrees in writing that the applicant will not use, sell or otherwise release the voter registration data computer tapes or the duplicate for other than election or government purposes; and (3) Applicants requesting voter registration data on computer tapes must provide tapes as specified by the election division.
