Any person or entity requesting the services of a special duty police officer shall be assessed an administrative fee in accordance with the rules established by the chief of police. This fee shall be assessed by the police department and shall be in addition to any charge assessed for the services of the special duty police officer. (1994, ord 94-86, sec 1.)2-173
