When County rules conflict with federal funding requirements

If any part of the Charter, this Code, or this article is found to be in conflict with federal requirements that are a prescribed condition for the allocation of federal funds to the County, under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, the conflicting part of the Charter, this Code, or this article is inoperative to the extent of the conflict and with respect to the agencies directly affected.
