Read the official text at hawaiicounty.gov ↗This section explains the steps a nonprofit must follow to apply for disaster relief funds. It also says who decides if the group is eligible and how the grant amount is set. Grants of $25,000 or less can be approved by the director alone, but larger grants need a county resolution.
