If you are found guilty of breaking any rule in this chapter, it is a petty misdemeanor. You can be fined up to $1,000, jailed for up to 30 days, and must pay court costs. Each day you keep violating after being convicted counts as a new offense.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 and/or imprisonment up to thirty days and shall be adjudged to pay all costs of the proceedings. The continuance of any such violation after conviction shall be deemed a new offense for each day of such continuance. (2020, ord 20-86, sec 3.) 20-02-23 Article 3. Disposal Requirements.
