(a) All sewer extensions shall be approved by resolution of the County council. (b) Private Development and Construction. Once an application for an extension of the public sewer system has been approved by the director or their designee, the application and a recommendation from the director shall be forwarded to the County council with all of the supporting material attached. Upon review of the recommendation of the director and the payment mechanism chosen by the applicant, the council may approve the application.
