Sealing sewer lines when removing buildings

No person shall remove or demolish any building or structure with plumbing fixtures connected directly or indirectly with the public sewer without first notifying the director of such intention. All openings in the sewer line caused by the removal of any building or structures shall be sealed in such a manner as to prevent earth, debris, rain, surface, storm or other water from entering the public sewer system. Article 2. Public Sewers.
