How each unit is treated for map approval fees

When the county reviews your preliminary map application, it treats each unit as a separate lot to decide what improvements are needed. You must pay an application fee for each unit, and the fee is the same as for a subdivision with that many lots.

In considering the application for preliminary map approval, the reviewing agencies shall consider each unit as a lot for the purpose of determining the necessary improvements.
