No changes to condominium after approval

After the county approves the map for a condominium property regime, you cannot change the boundaries of common areas or which apartments get which limited common areas without the director's approval. The director will only approve changes that follow the rules in this chapter.

After final approval of the map for a condominium property regime, no change may be made in the boundaries of the limited common elements or their assignment to apartments, or to the boundaries of the common elements, without the approval of the director.
