As authorized by section 62-34(7),* Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, as amended, and applicable ordinances, all subdivision plats and all streets or ways within the County created for the purpose of partitioning land shall be approved by the director in accordance with this chapter. * Editor’s Note: Chapter 62, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes was repealed and replaced with chapter 46.
