Minimum street widths for roads and alleys

Read the official text at hawaiicounty.gov ↗

This section sets the minimum widths for streets and alleys in the county, unless the general plan says otherwise. It lists different widths for pavement and the right-of-way based on street type and area (rural, agricultural, or urban). It also gives wider pavement widths for certain streets when sidewalks, curbs, and gutters are required.
